I contacted Bill about my crooked garage door. He arrived at the time and date agreed upon. Not only did he fix my garage door, but he also checked my second garage door. He is someone I highly recommend.

I called Bill Cotter with a garage door problem on a Tuesday evening and he was there and fixed the broken springs bright and early the next morning the garage door now works great..I would highly recommend this firm..

Just wanted to state that Bill Cotter is truly a customer service company. I called him and advised him that we needed immediate support as my wife was not able to remove her car from the garage this morning due to a broken cable.

He was not able to get to my house until tomorrow but when he knew that we were stranded with a car in the garage he made calls and was able to send a service Tech to our home same day.

Thank you Bill for taking care of your customers.
