 I have been going to Bradford rentals for several years. The front line staff have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and skillful They have informed me when an item was not worth repairing. Pointed out a problem with my chain saw motor or chain that I could repair myself or it was not worth repairing. It was not the money they focused on but helping customer save money and be satisfied. All repairs on my saws were done quickly and properly sometimes when I waited. Now tell me you can find such qualities in a store these days. It is rather hard to find but the staff all of them. On one occasion one of the staff went out of his way to start my saw even though the store was very busy.
